For the warranty to be valid, the following has to be provided:
- Original document that proves the purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Invoice has to be filled out correctly, the date of sale must be indicated.
Warranty does not cover:
- Minor defects that do not affect the functions of the article.
- The article parts, damaged as a result of natural wear.
Manufacturer's warranty does not apply, if:
- The article serial number is damaged, as well as unauthorized repair has been carried out.
- Damages have resulted from natural disasters (floods, storms, fires, earthquakes etc.) or in case of accidents.
- Non-standard power adapters, accessories and spare parts have been used.
- If damages have resulted for other external conditions, such as voltage fluctuations in the power network, which exceed 10% of the allowed norm, use of non-standard power sources, defects resulting from residue, mechanical damages to the article, penetration of foreign matters or moisture etc.
- If the purchased article has been used for manufacturing and other unintended professional purposes, not provided in the user manual.
The defective article has to be delivered at the office (in Riga, Ropazu Street 140 - 409, tel.: +371 67541828), presenting the original document, which proves the purchase.
